“Here and Now Mandalas” took place in Keene, NH and was supported by the New Hampshire State Council for the Arts. Participants include: Sophie Sanders, Artist and Creator of Here and Now Mandalas Project; Georgia Cassamatis, Founder and Director, Friends of Public Art; Riley Lynch, Director of Weather Makers Dance company; Owen and Ezra Landis, musicians; Phylicia Roberts, Artist Assistant; Makayla R, Artist Assistant; Jenn Bakalar, Teaching Artist; Kelsey Fleet, Teaching Artist; Jay Hall, Volunteer. “Here and Now Mandalas” was presented by the Friends of Public Art and was awarded grants by the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts, the Putnam Foundation, The NH Charitable Foundation, and the Kingsbury Foundation. Monadnock Food Co-Op contributed healthy snacks and MaXT Makerspace in Peterborough, NH hosted Sanders as an artist-in-residence. The Keene Snow and Ice Festival provided inclusion in their event.
