At-Will Employment Disclosure

Welcome to Falls Area Community Television, INC. (hereinafter referred to as “FACT TV", "we", "us", or "our"). This document serves to inform you of the nature of your employment relationship with FACT TV.

1. At-Will Employment
Your employment with Falls Area Community Television, INC. is at will. This means that your employment is voluntary and is subject to termination by you or FACT TV at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Nothing in this document or in any verbal or written communication shall be construed to alter this at-will employment relationship.

2. No Guaranteed Employment
The at-will nature of your employment means that neither you nor any FACT TV representative has entered into a contract regarding the duration or the terms and conditions of your employment. As such, your employment and compensation can be terminated, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time, at the option of either FACT TV or yourself, except as otherwise provided by law.

3. Compliance with Vermont Laws
This at-will employment disclosure is made in compliance with the laws of the State of Vermont and is intended to be fully compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws. Nothing in this disclosure is intended to conflict with, or be construed in a manner that conflicts with, any such laws.

4. Modification
No representative of Falls Area Community Television, INC., other than the Board of Directors, has the authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing. Furthermore, any such agreement, to be valid and binding, must be in writing and must be signed by an authorized representative of FACT TV and by you.

5. Acknowledgment
By accepting employment with Falls Area Community Television, INC., you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this at-will employment disclosure. You also acknowledge that this at-will employment relationship cannot be altered or modified except in writing, as specified above.
