A. Brookline Meeting House (BMH) Survey to the community
Request to place on the website and to make paper copies so that
the surveys can be completed by those attending the Town Meeting.
Summary of survey will be provided in late April by the committee to
the selectboard.
B. Review the suggested RFP for the BRIC grant.
Authorize publication of the RFP as required.

A. ARPA
1. Motion: Authorize $15,000.00 of ARPA money to be moved to
the dedicated fund of the Brookline Meeting House account as the match
to the State Historic Preservation Grant supporting the work to be done
on the BMH foundation. Grant #07110.

2. Motion: Authorize $35,000.00 of ARPA money to be moved to the
dedicated fund of the Brookline Meeting House account. These ARPA
funds can only be used with the permission of the selectboard on
approved projects/grant matches on this municipally owned building.

3. Motion: Authorize obligating $5,000.00 of ARPA funds to the
Deerfield Valley Fiber CUD, of which the Town of Brookline is a member
of, in support of their efforts to provide those underserved residents in
Brookline access to Broadband High Speed Internet during phase 3 of
DVFiber’s buildout. Funds directed to DVFiber will be matched if
obligated before May 30, 2023 - totaling $10,000.00 for the town of
Brookline’s internet accessibility.

4. Motion: Amend the motion made at the August 2021 meeting
RE: the amount of ARPA funds to place in the Highway Salary line item to
cover the increase of hourly salary rate from $24.00 to $30.00 and the
number of annual hours the road supervisor may work (1,560).
