a. ZBA 24-004: Special Exception – All Purpose Storage LLC has requested a
special exception pursuant to Section V, Article B.2.a of the Zoning Ordinance to
allow warehouse and/or industrial park use(s). The subject property is shown at
Tax Map 203, Lot 20 and is in the Business and Rural/Agricultural Districts.
b. ZBA 24-005: Variance – Scott & Whitney Ryan have requested a Variance
pursuant to Section IV, Article A of the Town of Swanzey Zoning Ordinance to
have a small contractor bay within their farming building. The subject property is
shown at Tax Map 228, Lot 5 and is in the Rural/Agricultural District.
c. ZBA 24-008: Variance – SignArt has requested a Variance pursuant to Section
III, Article S.6.a of the Town of Swanzey Zoning Ordinance to attach an
additional FW Webb sign to the FW Webb building along Old Homestead
Highway. The subject property is shown at Tax Map 224, Lot 28 and is in the
Business, Residence, and Rural/Agricultural Districts.
